When Alpaca Direct had a shortage of the item I ordered, it inevitably delayed my shipping because they were courteous enough to make sure I received a substituation that I wanted, versus sending the package without the item that what out of stock. They went out of their way to ensure my package was delivered by the time I needed it. It was an excellent customer service experience and I will certainly remember this when I order more fiber from them. Their prices are excellent, and their customer service is above par. Thank you to all the people who assisted me - you are a great team!

Being from NJ I thought when I ordered that it would take at least a week for delivery after a delay day or two of for as most companies put it (preparation time). What a pleasant surprise that after only 2 hours I received an e-mail telling me the item was shipped and even better the item was delivered 2 days later. THE very best experience in internet shopping I have ever had. (I order on an average once a week)

I really love the quality of the sweater I recently ordered! I hope this sweater is as a nice. :) Also - you are the only site I could find that had more form-fitting alpaca sweaters. Everyone else seems to have drapey, shawl-like stuff. I really hope you keep adding more styles of form-fitting sweaters - especially shawl neck, scoop neck, and v-neck.
