Alpaca Direct uses USPS priority mail for standard service (Usually 2-4 days within the USA) and Fedex Express for Next Day (Most locations) Air Service. We also offer Express Mail for Alaska and Hawaii and PO Boxes. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please review our shipping policies.
Orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times (Usually 1 to 3 business days). If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via phone and email of the expected delay or provide you with other options. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
If your Item comes back to us Undeliverable due to wrong Address or Apt # missing or buyer refused delivery, Item will be re-shipped at nominal shipping charge or payment will be refunded less our actual shipping charges.
